Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Service Bookings

All service appointments are subject to availability. While we strive to honor every booking, Car Saloon reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen technical or logistical issues.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or rescheduling.

2. Pricing and Payment

Prices listed on our marketing materials are starting estimates. Final pricing depends on your vehicle's condition, size, and specific requirements. A final quote will be provided after physical inspection.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, UPI, and major cards.

3. Vehicle Contents

Customers are requested to remove all personal belongings and valuables from their vehicle before handing it over for service. Car Saloon is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside the vehicle.

4. Service Warranty

Specific services like Ceramic Coating and Graphene Coating come with their own warranty terms. Please ensure you receive and retain your warranty certificate for these services. General washing and cleaning services do not carry a post-delivery warranty.

5. Changes to Terms

Car Saloon reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
